As December draws the curtain on the year, we strive to conclude our annual efforts on a perfect note. Every past experience is a prologue; every future holds new possibilities. December marks the end of this year, yet also a comma leading into the future. Regardless of this year's achievements, may we all regroup and charge forward toward new horizons.

    A Message from the Chairman

December is again a season of reflection and closure. Through 20 years of the enterprise's ups and downs, this moment always calls for reviewing the past and planning for the future. This holds true whether the business is large or small, strong or growing—it requires planning, coordination, and charting the course ahead; it demands organizational skill, the ability to motivate, and clear implementation. Opportunity favors the prepared. Some achieve greatness by dedicating their lives to a single successful endeavor. Others try many things and face setbacks—does that make them insignificant? Absolutely not. These narratives cannot be equated, for perseverance through repeated challenges is never a term of disgrace. Therefore, when our company, a branch, or an individual encounters difficulties, the first response should never be discouragement. Instead, we must adjust our mindset, reorganize our resources, take stock, and prepare for the next round of determined advance—whether a direct sprint or a strategic maneuver. Xingchuang Property's decision to exit the Southern Supermarket operation was a wise move. If we cannot realize its value, we must let it go. If others can transform it into value, then it was never truly our opportunity to begin with. After review, we should not linger over what's past. Our task is to gather the fruits that are rightfully ours.
